Taylor Can’t Hide The Smiles
Dublin loves Taylor and Taylor loved Dublin! Taylor Swift’s 3-day ERAS TOUR performances were certainly memorable, with night 3 the most when we think she got an unexpected surprise. Taylor Swift's face lit up after she seemingly spotted her BF Travis Kelce in the crowd. Was he expected? Fans speculate he was not for Taylor’s singer's face visibly changes as her eyes light up and her mouth drops open.
Taylor did have some surprises planned for her VIP guests, with the superstar at one point debuting her Tortured Poets Department track "Clara Bow" in front of Stevie Nicks, who is referenced in the song. With the Fleetwood Mac frontwoman in the crowd, Swift also performed Midnights‘ "You're on Your Own, Kid," which Nicks has previously credited with helping her grieve late bandmate Christine McVie.
"The reason I want to play this tonight is because a friend of mine is here," Swift told the crowd. "She's a hero of mine. I could tell her any secret; she'd never tell anybody. I’m talking about Stevie Nicks,” Swift announced, leading the audience in a massive round of applause."
Having wrapped her tour’s Dublin leg, Taylor is now off to Amsterdam, with Night 1 of 3 kicking off Thursday, July 4.
Ed Sheeran
We have always know that Ed Sheeran has a great sense of humor. He confirmed it again this week on Theo Von’s podcast when he revealed that when he attended bestie Taylor Swift’s 2015 Fourth of July celebration, he came dressed for the occasion: "I turned up to my first July 4th in a redcoat... and a flag. Union Jack." Taylor posted the snap on her Instagram with the caption “When Ed shows up in a red coat for the 4th of July because he just can’t let it go.”
Ed has been a busy boy. While on the European leg of his current World Tour, he recently made a stop at @Pinkpop to perform with his longtime pal Hozier. He performed a new cover of Sons Of Anarchy at his Anniversary show last month, and will soon will be releasing a new video for his song “Tenerife Sea”, shot on the Tenerife Sea - a hidden gem of the Canary Islands.
