INGREDIENTS
1 cup fat free yogurt
1 apple, peeled and cored
½ cup spinach, washed and chopped
1 banana, peeled and sliced
Milk
DIRECTIONS
Place yogurt in blender. Add apple, spinach, and banana. Blend 1 minute or more until smooth. If mixture is too thick, add a little milk.
