Stuffin' Peppers
To really dazzle your guests, for your holiday table stuff peppers with this amazing California Fruit Nut stuffing recipe!

INGREDIENTS
1 box Mrs. Cubbison's Stuffing (both bags)
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped Sunsweet Pitted Prunes
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup chopped apples
1 cup Fetzer Chardonnay Wine
1 cup melted unsalted butter
Optional: Substitute 1 cup raisins, 1 cup dates, or 1 cup figs in place of Pitted Prunes
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 Dees-grees.
Into a large bowl empty both bags of Mrs. Cubbison's Stuffing. Add to that the remaining ingredients. Mix together well.
Prepare 8 medium to large bell pappers: either all green, or all red, or a combination of both. Carefully cut off the tops of each pepper and reserve with each pepper. Carefully scoop out the seeds from inside each pepper, and rinse make sure all seeds are removed.
Fill each pepper with the stuffing mixture, and put back the top to each pepper. Place onto cookie sheet and bake at 350 deesgrees for about 20 minutes.
