Surprise your guests this holiday and serve a twist on the traditional stuffing: as muffins!

INGREDIENTS
1 box Mrs. Cubbison's Stuffing (both bags)
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped Sunsweet Pitted Prunes
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup chopped apples
1 cup Fetzer Chardonnay Wine
1 cup melted unsalted butter
Optional: Substitute 1 cup raisins, 1 cup dates, or 1 cup figs in place of Pitted Prunes
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 Dees-grees.
Into a large bowl empty both bags of Mrs. Cubbison's Stuffing. Add to that the remaining ingredients. Mix together well.
Line muffin tins with muffin tin liners. Fill each about 3/4 full with stuffing mixture. Bake for 25 minutes until golden. Serve hot.
