INGREDIENTS
8 slices Texas Toast
1 8-ounce package cream cheese
1 dozen eggs
2 cups milk
1/3 cup maple syrup
DIRECTIONS
Cut bread into one inch cubes, place one-half in buttered 9 x 13 inch pan, cut cream cheese in small cubes and place on top of bread layer, add remaining bread. Mix eggs, milk and syrup, then pour on top of bread mixture. Cover and place in refrigerator overnight. Remove from refrigerator and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with maple syrup.
