INGREDIENTS
2 Eggs
1 Tbsp. Water
1 Tbsp. Raw Honey
1/4 Tbsp. Cinnamon
1/4 Tbsp. Powered Ginger
2 Tbsp. Ground Toasted Pumpkins Seeds
1/2 Tbsp. Butter
1 Pinch of Powdered Sugar
DIRECTIONS
Beat eggs in a bowl with water. Add all ingredients except the butter and powdered sugar. Mix thoroughly. Heat omelet pan over flame and add butter. When the butter stops foaming, add in egg mixture. Fold omelet in half and powder with sugar.
