INGREDIENTS
Pick 2 fresh medium size lemons from your tree. Cut off the "nubs" at each end. Cut lemons in half. Remove the white "pulp vein" from the middle of each half.
Grate the lemons (peel and all!) Remove seeds.
ADD:
2 cups of sugar
1 full teaspoon of vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
Cover and put in refrigerator for 7 hours or overnight.
Beat 4 eggs and add to lemon mixture.
Put in pie shell (2 crust) top and bottom crust.
Bake at 350 dee-grees for about 40 minutes, or until gently browned.
