Award-Winning Pumpkin Pie
This ultra-rich Pumpkin pie makes your Holiday party entertaining a culinary experience your guests will want to relive again and again!

INGREDIENTS
One single Amazingly Easy & Fast Pie Crust shell
1-1/2 cup pumpkin (almost 2 cups from the 16 oz. canned pumpkin)
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 cup Half & Half
DIRECTIONS
Mix dry ingredients and pumpkin together. To that mixture add milk, then the eggs, vanilla, and butter.
Mix all ingredients well.
Pour into a prepared single crust pie shell and bake at 450º oven for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350º and bake for another 30 minutes, or untii knife cumes out of pie's center almost clean.
