Midori Cake

INGREDIENTS
CAKE:
1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
1 3oz. Box of Jell-O Instant Pistachio Pudding Mix
4 Eggs
1/2 Cup of Plain Yogurt
1/2 Cup of Mazola Oil
3/4 Cup of Midori Melon Liqueur
GLAZE:
2 Cups of Powdered Sugar
1/2 Cup Midori
1/2 Cup Cream Cheese
2 Tablespoons of Butter
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients and beat 4 minutes at medium speed. Pour into greased bundt pan. Bake at 350 dees-grees for 45-50 minutes.
Cool about 15 minutes in pan, then turn out onto cooling rack.
GLAZE DIRECTIONS:
Mix and beat at high speed until smooth and spreadable. Glaze while cake is slightly warm.
Refrigerate at least 30 minutes to allow glaze to harden. LUSCIOUS!
