A man named Christian LaBella has been arrested for allegedly assaulting actress Lindsay Lohan.
The Sunday morning arrest happened after LaBella and the 26-year-old actress had a disagreement at her hotel in New York.
“Lindsay was assaulted early this morning in a New York hotel. While she did sustain some injuries, she was not hospitalized,” Celebuzz reports.
“The assailant was arrested and is currently in police custody. Lindsay has spoken with police and is fully cooperating with the investigation,” he added.
According to NBC New York, Lohan had told authorities that she had met LaBella, 25, at 1 Oak, a nightclub in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan.
