Check out the shot that Lady Gaga tweeted. It’s a pic of her freshly-inked forearm that reads “ArtPop” and could this be the title of her upcoming studio album?
The singer earlier said she will shed light on her next album in September. In the meantime, Gaga is getting ready to tour Europe in promotion of her top-selling 2011 record, Born This Way.
