Two time Academy Award Winner Hilary Swank left little to the imagination Sunday as she arrived in a stunningly revealing dress at Sunday night's post-Academy Award 2010 Vanity Fair after-party.

The daring creation, cut almost down to her belly button in front and complete with an equally low-cut back, was by Armani Prive. The look was completed by a Roger Vivier clutch, fabulous Jimmy Choo super-spike heels, and an eye-catching Charleston diamond pendant which she wore around her neck.

Carrying it off flawlessly, the beautiful Hilary absolutely confirmed she's in tip-top shape! You go, girlriend!
