Now that Lindsay is out of in-patient treatment at UCLA, she now has the responsibility of complying with the stringent requirements now imposed for her out-patient treatment. And, from the looks of things, this last month has done her good!

As for hitting the nightlife, it appears Lindsay is opting not to take that route. Lohan has already received offers to work at parties or casinos - exactly the places she shouldn't be going. But Lindsay has turned them all down, knowing this is her last chance.

As for her finances, rumor is that she's turned her financial management over to Lou Taylor, the savvy, no-nonsense Nashville businesswoman who guided Spears back from the brink. And this - harder to believe - is that Spears' manager, Larry Rudolph, is also believed to be interested in getting involved in Lohan's music career.

A source said, "Lindsay knows she has to stay home and behave, she knows one wrong move could land her back in jail. She has support from her mom, Dina, and Lou Taylor, who is a strong influence and a deeply religious and principled woman."
