Kristen Stewart: "Celebrity Is Not Desirable"
Are the vampires and the darkness of Twilight getting to it’s actors? They all seem so depressed lately, especially Rob Pattinson and Kristen Stewart.
Kristen opens up about how she feels regarding fame and celebrity:
“I don’t want to be a movie star like Angelina Jolie. Nothing about being a celebrity is desirable. I’m an actor,” she told BlackBook Magazine. “It’s bizarre to me that everybody’s so obsessive.”
On her co-star Rob’s character Edward Cullen Kristen says:
“Edward is actually a really good parallel to fame,” she added. “As a vampire, he has a sad, desolate life; fame is the same.”
Kristen and Rob have both mentioned the hardships of fame. As many will share, one has to have a thick skin to make it in Hollyweird!
