Jessie James Battles His Ex-Pornstar Wife Over Custody
Did you know Jesse James ex-wife is a porn star? Hard to image, eh? Well Jesse is now in a custody battle with his ex, Janine Lindemulder, over their daughter Sunny.
Jesse has had sole guardianship of his daughter since Lindemulder, an adult film star and director, was jailed for tax evasion.
Federal prosecutors on August 22, 2008 said Lindemulder, 39, of Huntington Beach, Calif., failed to pay more than $200,000 in taxes owed to the Internal Revenue Service.
She served six months behind bars and was recently released.
Now according to court documentation according to court papers, Jesse fears Sunny would be introduced to a dangerous world if she lived with her mother.
In a statement to the court, James says, “Good cause exists for the court to conduct a review to determine if (Sunny) will be safe with (Lindemulder). She should be restrained from allowing the child around pornographers, drug addicts, guns and firearms, felons and other unsafe environments.”
Sandra who has no biological children of her own admits the loves being a stepmom to Jesse’s 3 kids:
According to CBS affiliate KOIN-TV, Bullock explained, “I may never hear that word ‘mom.’ But being a parent is not about breeding. It’s about caring.”
“When you don’t have that title, you flounder and it hurts. But this is the best test of being a parent. And I just have to keep reminding myself I don’t care what I get. I care what I give.”
