They’ve been hyping up their Oscar hosting gig for weeks, and tonight Anne Hathaway and James Franco did the damn thing!

Both were both dressed to impress as they emceed Hollywood’s biggest night at the Kodak Theatre. When Kirk Douglas came out to announced the Best Supporting Actress nominees, Anne swooned a bit- especially when the iconic actor hit on her!

Anne also did a solo performance of a song meant to call Hugh Jackman out for not singing with her, after which Franco came out onstage sporting a funny blonde wig and a pink gown reminiscent of Marilyn Monroe in "Gentlemen Prefer Blondes".

Throughout the evening, Anne and James added their own humorous moments to the already-illustrious event while at the same time maintaing the classy motif.

We thought they both did a fabulous job. Thoughts?
