Chris Brown’s scummy lawyer, Mark Geragos, tried to delay his assault trial AGAIN telling the California Supreme Court he needs more time to nail the cops on that leaked photo of Rihanna bludgeoned. (As if that has anything to do with the crime.)

The court basically told Geragos to forget it - and get his case together for next Monday already.

Well, what do you expect - his best defense is a little internal leak at the PD??
