Chris Brown has copped a plea in his assault case. Brown will not do jail time and he is also being ordered to completely stay clear from Rihanna.

Brown will spend 180 days probation in Virginia which is where Brown lives.

He gets 5 years probation for felony assault, with supervised probation.

He will have to come back to court every three months and he must enroll in a domestic violence counseling program.

Good to see this is over with.

Hopefully both Chris and Rihanna can work towards gaining a healthier life.
