Singer Amy Winehouse has just been acquitted of assaulting a fan who had requested an autograph from the singer.
London District Judge Timothy Workman found Amy Winehouse not guilty of punching Sherene Flash in the face after finding the evidence unable to prove that the punch was deliberate.
Prosecutors claim the assault was deliberate, but Winehouse’s side said that the singer had felt threatened by Sherene and that at the pair’s height difference, there’s no way the punch was even physically possible.
Good to see Amy looking healthy.
