America’s Angel Farrah Fawcett Dies at 62
America’s beautiful angel, Mary Farrah Leni Fawcett has died today. The Actress had been fighting anal cancer since September 2006.
Farrah Fawcett was clearly America’s favorite calendar girl when she was on “Charlie’s Angels,” but it was when Fawcett had found her niche in made-for-TV movies that showed the world her true talent. Fawcett had received high acclaim for her role in the 1984 television movie, “The Burning Bed,” an emotional tale of domestic abuse. It shocked everyone to see our sun-kissed angel looking not so perfect and not so playful.
Farrah was a Icon to us all. She represented the glamour and fantasy we all desire. With her all year bronze tan, her pearly whites and love for tennis, all women wanted to be her and all men wanted to date her.
It was hard to watch our favorite angel battle the cancer devil, witnessing Farrah losing this battle is yet again another reminder that tomorrow is never promised.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to her family and loved ones.
