Daryl Hannah Arrested Again For Protesting!
51 year-old actress Daryl Hannah has been arrested again for protesting.
This time, the “Kill Bill” actress faced trouble from the law for protesting against the creation of an oil pipeline.
Police were called to the scene after Hannah and 78-year-old property owner, Eleanor Fairchild, stood on equipment at the Winnsboro farm to halt attempts to build the line.
“It is unfortunate Ms. Hannah and other out-of-state activists have chosen to break the law by illegally trespassing on private property,” David Dodson, a spokesman for TransCanada said in statement to the Associated Press.
Daryl was charged with criminal trespass and resisting arrest and paid $4,000 in collective bond.
She was arrested back in August for protesting a similar pipeline expansion in Washington D.C.
