‘Mama, I Want To Sing!‘ will finally make its world premiere as the closing night selection at the 13th Annual Urbanworld Film Festival.
Presented by BET Networks, the highly-anticipated musical will screen on Sept. 26 in the heart at the AMC Loews 34th Street in New York City.

The film stars the beautiful and talented R&B artist Ciara as an aspiring singer struggling to balance her pop aspirations with her family’s strong religious sensibilities. Mariah Robinson plays the lead character as a young girl and the amazing Lynn Whitfield plays Amara’s (Ciara) mother .
