Macy Gray Steals The Show On Dancing With The Stars!
Well… if you watched the ladies compete on “Dancing With The Stars”… you probably laughed as much as we did after Macy Gray completed her first dance. Macy stole the audience’s hearts, she made it fun and gave the Viennese Waltz personality, but her lack of dancing skills left all the judges with nothing to comment about accept her charm.
Carrie Ann Inaba said, “It was beautiful in its own bizarre way.”
The normally brutal judge Len Goodman said, “There’s a vulnerability about you and a charm. I can only say this, if I was at home I would be voting for you.”
Bruno got animated as usual, “Macy, you are endearing. It was like watching a child take its first steps in a scary new world.”
Then, when Samantha Harris interviewed Macy and her partner backstage, she asked Macy about dancing as opposed to singing live in front of people, Macy said she was just so happy to have made it through her first dance, and that is was “like f****** popping my cherry!” (Of course it was bleeped out.) But it was hilarious… even the judges roared with laughter.
Kelly Osbourne also did an awesome job, making her Mum and Pop, Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne (who were in attendance) so proud. M’ya brought it home too!
If Macy and Kelly can last until finals, it will be a very entertaining season! XO
