Self proclaimed rocker chick Kelly Osbourne stunned and enchanted all Tuesday evening with the Season 9 DWTS debut.
Dancing the Viennese Waltz with partner Louis Van Amstel, Kelly's performance brought Mom Sharon Osbourne to tears as Dad Ozzy proudly beamed nearby in the audience.
Kelly has set the bar and is definitely a contender this season! You go, girlfriend!
